Property Description

The apartment is decorated in a bright modern style and was given brand new fixtures and furnishings throughout in 2008. It is well equipped with everything I can think of that you need to enjoy a self catering holiday.

Set on the first floor in a quieter part of the complex a few steps away from the pool area over looking the garden areas. It makes a great spot to enjoy a relaxing peaceful holiday while still within easy access of the amenities of Corralejo.

The twin bedroom has single beds and a large wardrobe. There is plenty of shelf and hanging space for all your belongings. There is plenty of room under the beds for your suitcases so there is no lifting them up onto the wardrobe or wondering where to leave them. There is a good sized digital safe for your valuables which you can use free of charge.You have a stool so that you can sit and relax or have somewhere to put your clothes after a night on the town. I have included a hairdryer to save you space in your suitcase and plenty of plugs and adaptors so that you can charge up your mobile phone or MP3 player.

The open plan kitchen has plenty of equipment including:

- Fridge with ice box
- Toaster
- Kettle
- Sandwich Toaster
- Coffee Jug

Along with pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, plates etc I have added everything I can think of that you need to make light meals and snacks.
The breakfast bar allows you to dine indoors should you prefer.
There is also a washing machine for you to use and you will find a clothes airer on the balcony for drying. For larger loads there is a drying area within the complex.

The living room is bright and overlooks the balcony. The sideboard is home to information books about the island including a travel guide and local publications such as Whereabouts and the Grapevine giving details of places to visit and restaurants in Corralejo. You will also find a small selection of books and a range of games including cards, Guess Who and connect four. There is a flat screen television and satellite television has recently been installed showing a variety of English speaking channels. I have recently added a radio/cd player with usb/aux connectivity for an Mp3 Player. The aux cable is in the sideboard.


The bathroom is light and airy and has a toilet, sink, bidet, shower cubicle and large mirror with electric point. There is storage for your shampoo, shower gel etc.

The balcony is large and over looks the garden area. There is a table and chairs for you to sit and relax with a meal or a drink. There is also a small covered area with a clothes airer and room to sit in the shade and under cover should you prefer. The sun on the balcony is dependent on the season however the entrance to the apartment has full sunshine all day and it is like a mini balcony with room for you to sit out there so try a change of scenery and top up that tan.

Bedlinen, hand and bath towels are provided for you and will be changed during the mid clean during stays of over one week.

The apartment will be cleaned prior to your stay and weekly there after. Should you need it some cleaning equipment is provided including a mop and bucket and dustpan and brush and some cleaning liquids/wipes.

On your arrival you will be met at the complex and shown to the apartment by my English representatives from who will hand over the keys.

Area Description

Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands and enjoys a fantastic climate, with over 3,000 hours of sun a year and temperatures rarely dropping below 18c its the perfect all year round destination.

The island has a reputation for being quiter than its neighbours but still has something for everyone from shopping at Los Rotundas in Puerto del Rosario to visiting La Lajita Oasis Park in the south or lazing on the golden beaches topping up your tan.

A 30 minute drive from the airport, Corralejo is the largest resort on the island, once a sleepy fishing village it is now a vibrant lively resort but without the clubs and discos of the other Canary Islands. It offers something for all ages and tastes.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes including English, Chinese, Mexican and Spanish. The Music Square is home to a number of restaurants and there is live music every night. Many of the bars offer entertainment from live music, bingo, quizzes and shows. There are bars all along the waterfront, pick one and enjoy the views with a drink.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful golden beaches made from sand blown in from the Sahara. Watersports are very popular and you will be able to surf, snorkel, dive, windsurf and kite surf from many of the beaches and there are plenty of schools around should you need a lesson.

The surf is so good each July sees the World Surfing Championships take place in Sotavento. If you visit in November be sure to take in the Kite Fiesta which takes place on the sand dunes not far from Corralejo.

For the less adventurous why not try a boat trip from harbour? You can catch a glass bottomed boat to Los Lobos, spend the day on a catarmaran or even try island hoping and catch the ferry to Lanzarote.
