Property Description

Borovets Gardens is a brand new five star luxury complex, opened in December 2009, it is situated at the lower end of Borovets, approximately 300m from the gondola station and main slopes. It is within easy walking distance to all the amenities and attractions of Borovets. The complex itself comprises of reception with stairs and lift, and a large coffee bar area with free wifi connection.

Facilities


Gym, large heated indoor pool with sauna. All the apartments have free cable TV availability. There is also a large dinning restaurant which is expected to open very soon. Parking is available to the front of the complex.

Sleeping
The first bedroom is a double sized room with double bed, build in wardrobes and chest of draws. Bedroom two is also a double sized room with two single beds, built in wardrobes and chest of draws. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area too.
Apartment Facilities
A further wardrobe and chest of draws are situated in the large corridor which connects the accommodation.
The main bathroom has a bath with over bath shower, toilet and basin
There is a separate toilet in addition to the main bathroom.
A very well proportioned lounge area has a sofa bed, TV & DVD.
A dining area with dining table, chairs and kitchen area which has a two ring hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.

All Linen is provided and includes a half weekly bedding change and daily fresh towels.
