The complex has a perfect location, only 7 km from Borovets ski resort, 12 km of the Malyovitsa ski resort, 7 km of Samokov town and 72 km of Sofia.



The complex consists of three four-storey buildings, with a large and well kept garden in front and a parking area at the back. Each of the buildings has its own lift, providing an easy access to each apartment.


The Complex has 24 h. working reception and could provide the owners with information about rent a car agencies, pick up from the airport , ski school services, taxi services , horse riding .


We have luxury apartments with modern furniture in nice warm colors and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need ?a fridge, a ceramic hob and a built-in oven, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, forks and spoons.


An iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, digital TV and wireless internet are also available in each apartment. They also have large balconies with magnificent views of the Rila Mountains.


A cozy restaurant located in the central building of the complex welcomes the guests with exquisite cuisine and an excellent service in the winter period.



The complex has fitness and massage facilities, a steam bath and a sauna. There is also a ski school and ski equipment as well as a twenty-four-hour security guard.

Breathtaking scenery and stunning mountain walks await you in the village. A crystal clear freshwater river runs through the valley that is surrounded by thousands of fir trees. This really is a haven of peace and tranquillity that will immediately help you relax into a restful holiday. Everyone is heartily welcomed in this really beautiful village ? just a 45 minute drive from Sofia airport.

The Eagle Rock apartment complex hosts its own English restaurant/bar and is situated in the village of Beli Isker. The village is a typical Bulgarian village with small shops, a couple of bars and restaurants-and roaming farm animals! But just a short 15 minute car journey to the slopes of Borovets. The skiing is great- whether you are a beginner or champion, Borovets has it all! . Why not take the opportunity to try night skiing! After a day on slopes ? relax in the steam and sauna rooms at the Eagle Rock Complex.
If you are looking to liven things up at night Borovets, with its many bars, clubs and restaurants is the place to party.
Just 5 minutes down the road from the village is the historic town of Samokov ? a market town with museums, fantastic restaurants, casinos and friendly bars, during the winter hosting a family ice rink. Visit ?relax? known as the K bar owned by Ken and Steph, good food and a friendly chat guaranteed.

Beli Iskar offers you the chance to explore mountain bike trails right into the heart of the mountain range, the Rila mountains rival the Alps with their rugged peaks, great ridges and panoramic vistas and home to many alpine plants and flowers (Rila primrose)The National Park Rila is also the biggest natural park in Bulgaria.
