Apartment 40, on the 3rd floor is fully furnished and equipped with top quality furniture and fully equipped for self-catering. Comfortably sleeping a maximum of 4 persons it comprises entrance hall with 2 piece cloakroom, toilet and wash basin. The open plan living room has a double sofa bed, sofa, coffee table dining table and 6 stand chairs. There is a side board, TV,DVD player. Incorporated is a fitted kitchen in cherry wood fully equipped with oven, hobs, microwave, frig/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and all cooking utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, bedside cabinets in cherry wood and en-suite with toilet, washbasin and shower. There is a large wardrobe with storage just outside the bedroom.
All towels and linen are provided. There is a small balcony with views of the Pirin Mountains.
The comprehensive on site facilities of Chalet Montagne include Sauna, Jacuzzi, Solarium, Massage Room, Gym, Ski Lockers, Lobby Bar, Table Tennis, Laundry Drying Room, Internet Club, Underground secure parking, recepion and 24 hour security.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
This apartment is also available on a per night basis, please divide by 7 for the per night cost.
Minimum duration of stay is 3 nights in Winter and 5 nights in Summer.
Peak weeks , Christmas and New Year full payment is required. Other weeks a 30% non-returnable deposit is required to confirm booking. The booking balance of 70% is due 28 days before arrival.
GBP 100 refundable deposit required to cover possible breakages returned on departure should everything be in order. This is also due when booking balance of 70% is paid.
Children are welcome but there are no facilities for babes and infants.
