Property Description

This luxury apartment is nestled below the Stara Mountains with scenic sea views of Sunny Beach and Nessebar both day and night. The kitchen/dining/living areas are open plan and well equipped with an oven/hob/fridge freezer/ TV/DVD/CD stereo system, with comfortable seating for 4 people. There is remote controlled air conditioning in every room. The living room doors open up to a balcony overlooking pool (including kid?s pool) and gardens with stunning views of both Sunny Beach and Nessebar, balcony at rear has views over mountains. The complex facilities include a restaurant ,bar, reception, internet room and 24hr security with CCTV. The complex also runs its own shuttle bus to sunny beach and Nessebar, for the convenience of all residents. The location is ideal as the complex is peaceful and quiet, yet only 5mins from the bustling resort of sunny beach and 10mins from Nessebar.OUR APARTMENT OFFERS A MAID SERVICE.

Additional information about rental rates

A £100 deposit (non refundable) will be required on booking, with balance due 6weeks prior to stay. Reliable ?meet and greet? airport transfers can be arranged by owners, paid locally by renters. The apartment is 25 mins from Bourgas and 1.5 hrs from Varna.

It is advisable that our guest have arranged their own holiday insurance before travel, as this can be easily overlooked when your holiday is not booked through an agent.

?A daily shuttle bus is available from the complex into the centre of Sunny Beach (10 mins) and to the Mladost supermarket at a cost of 5 Lev (less than £2.50) per day. The daily ticket allows multiple trips and a weekly ticket can be purchased for 30 Lev - children under 12 years old travel free.
Nessebar View complex offers the ideal family/couple holiday. 24 hour security and CCTV gives total peace of mind. The children's pool and play area are immediately below the apartment.

Area Description

Sunny Beach is a large cosmopolitan and friendly resort on the Black Sea Coast with long sandy beaches and miles of shops, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. The historical town of Nessebar, with cobbled streets lined with old churches, ruins, art galleries and markets, is only a short taxi, bus or boat ride away. St. Vlas has a fabulous new marina with upmarket restaurants for that special occasion. The Black Sea coast enjoys warm sunny weather, May through to September. Eating out and holidaying in Bulgaria, is still quite cheap, another bonus for this resort. In addition to the beautiful beach, two water parks can also be found in Sunny Beach which makes for a fun day out for all the family. A comfortable transfer time of less than 30 min from Bourgas Airport and 90 minutes from Varna Airport.
