Property Description

The apartment is situated in the Cala Egos region of beautiful Cala D’or, one of the most picturesque resorts on the south east coast of Majorca. It is located within a private residential complex in a quiet area of the resort. The marina of Cala D'or is only a 10 minute walk away with the many bars and restaurants of Cala Egos within walking distance. Several beaches are only 2 minutes away. The apartment also forms a great base for golfers, with 17 courses on the Island the nearest of which is a championship course Vall D'or, only 10 minutes in the car or taxi.

Living Area

3 seater sofa converts to double sofa bed, coffee table, chairs for 6, TV / DVD / VHS, Stereo, Books and toys. Playstation 2 with selection of games.

Kitchen Facilities

Fully fitted modern kitchen with cooker (oven & hob), fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster (all kitchen utensils included).

Outside

Large communal pool set in attactive gardens with waterfall feature. The bar is surrounded by the pool with safe bridge access. Small childrens pool beside safe, grassy area. Tennis & racquet ball courts. BBQ area. Access to complex is via security gates. Car parking space available.

Ideally, we would like to operate on a Saturday to Saturday basis, especially in peak season. However, if special requests are made we will endeavour to accommodate 10/11 nights, long weekends or long stays.

The apartment will be available from 2.00 pm . The apartment must be vacated at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Mid-week maybe available out of season.

Bookings must be confirmed by making a 25% deposit. Full balance must be paid 12 weeks prior to departure.

Suitability

Cala Egos is a family orientated resort with lots to do for families of all ages. The apartment is situation on the first floo of the complex but there is a lift available for those who require it.

Local Activities

The complex has its own tennis and racket ball courts, a very large swimming pool with plenty of sun lounges, voley ball and basketball courts... all free of charge. Within easy walking distance there mini golf, kids play area, 2 lovely beaches. The Val Dor championship golf course is a 10 min drive away

Other Information

Cala Egos itself offers a variety of nightlife, as well as providing the essential supermarkets, shops and banks. It is ideally located to give you easy access to the vibrant resort of Cala Dor that has a fantastic range of cafes, restaurants, family bars, music bars and a few nightclubs.

The famous marina of Cala D’Or is a great place to eat by the waterside overlooking the boats and yatchs. Porto Petro is a nearby, fishing port where you can pick up a glass-bottom boat trip. Or you can visit a local market, take a day trip to Palma City, see the Caves Of Drach, or check out a few of the great beaches around the island. There are also 2 large water parks within easy reach for a fun day out for all the family.
