About New Zealand
New Zealand is an outstandingly beautiful and modern country which is situated between the South Pacific Ocean and the Tasman Sea. It primarily consists of the North Island and the South Island with a combined population of around four million people, although New Zealand is approximately the same size as the UK. The largest urban area in the country is the city of Auckland and the capital city is Wellington.

The superbly diverse range of holiday activities on offer under the blue New Zealand include bungee jumping and hot air ballooning for the more adventurous types, skiing and winter sports on the snow-capped mountains, sailing and swimming, fishing, hunting and hiking. There are also several museums and art galleries to visit which can be found in the country's main cities which also include Christchurch in addition to the aforementioned Auckland and Wellington.
